Aguero likely to start against Barca as Man City gear up for revenge

Manchester City will be facing Spanish giants Barcelona in the second leg of the Champions League tonight at the Etihad Stadium.

City lost the first away leg 4-0 to Barcelona at the Camp Nou and had a player sent-off; and they are now seeking for revenge. They are well-prepared for Barca with their eager striker Sergio Aguero fit to start against the Spanish team tonight.

Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola, however, seems to have mixed feelings about the match. Although he thinks of Aguero of as the very few world-class payers that City has, he still wants the Argentine to work much, much harder.

In fact, he has even seen to be more in favour playing Kevin DeBruyne as a false 9 while Aguero warmed the bench. Pep has also complimented Barcelona’s forward, Luis Suarez, saying that the Uruguayan has a “quality” he can’t ask of Aguero.

Nevertheless, he still has faith in the 28 year old Argentine. “The quality is Luis Suarez, I don’t want those qualities, Aguero has his own qualities. I want to help Aguero to achieve his huge qualities as much as possible.” he said.

Manchester City will face Barcelona tonight at 3.45 am Malaysian time. Will Barca claim a second win, or can Man City turn things around tonight?
