So far, reports say that there are about 6 survivors, but no news about the rest of the people onboard.

The Brazilian football team, Chapecoense, were on their way to Colombia for the Copa Sudamericana Final. They were going to play against Atletico Nacional in Medellin on Wednesday.

Reports also say that the plane crash was caused by an electrical failure in the plane. The aircraft was communicating with the control tower about an electrical problem just before the crash.
