Johor DT keeping tabs on Sarawak’s Joseph Kalang?

Johor DT are reportedly evaluating the option of potentially making a move for Sarawak FA skipper, Joseph Kalang Tie.

The Southern Tigers are keen to beef up their squad for the 2016 Malaysian football season, and they see Joseph as an ideal candidate to strengthen their presence down the flanks.

The former Terengganu winger has been incredibly influential for the Crocs over the last 24 months or so, and his fine performances resulted in him being recalled into the national set-up for their ties against the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This rumour comes after it was revealed that MVP Sports Agency, a brand new company specializing in player management, has been appointed by Joseph, to manage his career.

While there hasn’t been an official confirmation from either club, speculation suggests that talks will take place over the next few weeks, although any procedural finalization will only take place after the Malaysia Cup campaign.

Ironically enough, Sarawak have been slotted into Group B alongside Johor DT, with Perak and ATM being the other two sides.
