Twitter explodes as Mourinho’s Chelsea crash out of Capital One Cup

It couldn’t get any worse, could it?

Chelsea were dumped out of the League Cup earlier this morning after an embarrassing 4-5 shoot-out lost to Stoke City, with Eden Hazard continuing his miserable form by missing the decisive penalty.

Coach Jose Mourinho knew his side were under pressure, after their league defeat to West Ham in the weekend, added by a misconduct charge for him from the Football Association.

But Mourinho was left with no answers as his side crash into their eight defeat of the season, their worst form to date under the Portugese.

Twitter reacted brilliantly on Chelsea’s latest loss ..

Mourinho could also be the latest Premier League manager to leave his job, which will be certain if his side succumb to another defeat against rivals Liverpool in the upcoming weekend’s league match.
