JDT have officially named their brand new indoor training facility

Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim (TMJ) has officiated the newly built indoor training facility, located at Padang Seri Gelam.

The indoor training facility has been named after Dato’ Suleiman Mohd. Noor as an appreciation to his efforts of developing football in Johor – he is also known as the “Father of Johor Football”.

The Dato’ Suleiman Mohd. Noor Indoor Training Centre was constructed according to FIFA specifications, in terms of size, lighting, and pitch quality.

The whole project that was sponsored by Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn. Bhd. under their Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) and it’s the very first indoor training facility in the whole of Southeast Asia.

The 18-million ringgit project was first inspired by TMJ himself in December 2014 with one main objective in mind – to raise the image of Johor football on the global scene.
