#AllEngland: All fixtures involving Malaysian shuttlers (8/3/2017)

Sannatasah- Nadia are through! 

Malaysia’s Sannatasah Saniru who teamed up with Switzerland’s Nadia Fankhauser has successfully advanced into the next round of the Yonex All England in Birmingham.

The Malaysian-Swiss duo defeated India’s Ashwini Ponnappa and N Sikki Reddy 21-15, 18-21, 21-18 to make the first round.

They will go on to take on Taiwan’s Xiao Min Lin and Wu Fang Chien in their next fixture.

Men’s doubles @ All England

In the men’s doubles category, we also have Malaysia’s Ong Yew Sin – Teo Ee Yi taking on Yao Lu Ching and Yang Po Han from Taiwan.

Malaysia’s top seed duo Goh V-Shem and Tan Wee Kiong will be going up against Japan’s Hoki Takuro and Kobayashi Yugo.

Mixed Doubles @ All England

Another Malaysian duo Tan Kian Meng and Lai Pei Jing will battle it out with Taiwan’s Lu Ching Yao and Chiang Kai Hsin in the mixed doubles category.

The mixed doubles will also see Malaysia’s top seed Goh Liu Ying-Chan Peng Soon taking on Nico Ruponen-Amanda Hogstrom from Sweden.

Women’s Doubles @ All England

In another fixture, Malaysia’s women’s doubles teams Vivian Hoo-Woon Khe Wei will be facing a tough battle against Thailand’s Puttita Supajirakul-Sapsiree Taerattanachai.

Men’s Singles @ All England

Malaysia’s much anticipated fixture will be the men’s singles match, where Datuk Lee Chong Wei will be going up against Brice Leverdez from France. Facing Datuk Lee Chong Wei’s arch nemesis, Lin Dan, will be Malaysia’s 24-year-old Zulfadli Zulkifli.

The Yonex All-England is currently being held at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham, from 7th to 12th of March.
