Terengganu’s head coach Irfan Bakti has announced that The Turtles will be dropping two of their import players season, namely Lutfulla Turaev from Uzbekistan, and Federico Falcone from Argentina.
The other import players, Issey Farran Nakajima and Lazaro Vinicius will remain in the squad.
Without dishing out too much details, Irfan Bakti revealed that Turaev’s position in the midfield will be replaced by a player from Brazil, and Falcone will be replaced by another import player who cannot be named at the moment.
“For now, I can confirm that Federico Falcone and Lutfulla Turaev will be dropped from the squad. We have two new imports coming over, but I cannot reveal much details.”
“All I can say is that they will be arriving soon, and they will start training with us by June.” Irfan Bakti told Sinar Harian.
“We will have friendly on the 10th of June with Pahang, followed by matches with Felda United on the 17th of June, and 21st June with Kelantan.” he added.
