Johor Darul Ta’zim hosted Sarawak at the Larkin stadium last night for the 2017 Malaysia Cup fixture.
Sarawak did not stand a chance against the Southern Tigers as they came prepared to win and determined to bag the 3 points.
It was defender Marcos Antonio who broke the deadlock and put JDT ahead at the 11th minute. This winning momentum kept going as Gabriel Guerra netted a penalty at the 26th minute, following by a second goal in the second half.
10 minutes to full time, JDT’s new weapon Natxo Insa found the back of the net at the 83rd minute, and JDT gloriously finished 4-0.
